Don Carnitas is a newly opened family owned business. Carnitas are made from slow cooking pork in lard until tender for 4+ hours. This is a traditional Mexican dish that originated in the state of Michoacán, With Don Carnitas, we cook carnitas the traditional way - no artificial colors or flavors. We strive in delivering the most authentic taste of Mexican cuisine.
